Absolutely no framing of this Website is permitted without the prior written consent of Madesink. By using this Website, you consent to all of our Shipping and Return policies. Please see our Shipping Policy here and our Return policy here. Any shipping, order, or product problems — including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, assembly issues, or custom skateboard graphics not to the customer's satisfaction — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for any issues on any orders reported after this 72 hour threshold. Custom skateboards where the user submits a graphic cannot be returned or refunded at any time or for any reason unless the order was damaged during delivery. Damage must be reported with photo evidence to our customer support team at hub@madesink.com within 72 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.

Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product to our designated carrier. No signatures are required for any of our deliveries, unless specifically requested by the customer and paid for by the customer for a fee. Stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. All sales on clearance items are final; these products are non-returnable. Clearance items are designated with prices in red and the original price marked with a strike-through.

Our widgets are tools that you may place on your website to permit your visitors to access our Website (each, the "Widget"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal, revocable license to use and display the Widget on your website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Certain pages on the Website may allow you to post text, photographs, videos, audio, or other content ("Content"). If you are a minor, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian before you post any Content to this Website. You may only post Content that you created or which the owner of the Content has given you permission to post. If Content depicts any person other than yourself, you must have permission from that person or, if that person is a minor, permission from that person's parent or legal guardian, before you post the Content. CUSTOM UPLOADS. Without limiting any of the other terms of this policy, with regard to any Custom Uploads including, but not limited to, uploading art, graphics, text or any other imagery for printing and application on skateboards, pants or any other product (all herein refered to as “Custom Services”), we require any user of Custom Services to refrain from. uploading, posting, storing, sharing or otherwise using the Site to process "Prohibited Content." Generally, Prohibited Content includes (without limitation) any of the following: (a) Content we believe is abusive, deceptive (including content sent from an anonymous or false address), pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; (b) Copyrighted material that is used without the express permission of the owner; (c) Content that violates or encroaches on the rights of others, such as privacy rights, publicity or copyrights; (d) Content or other material that contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses and other forms of corruptive code or any other content, which may compromise the Company; (e) Content that advocates illegal activity; or (f) Content that harms minors in any way. Madesink has the sole discretion to determine whether content is Prohibited Content, and any content submitted to the Custom Services may be examined at any time. You acknowledge that although we do not and will not examine and review all content submitted or transmitted to the Custom Services, we have the absolute right (but not the obligation) to review, delete, move, and edit materials for any reason, at any time, without notice. In the event of a dispute pertaining to any content, we may disclose content to parties to the dispute (including their agents and governmental authorities). You understand that these risks are present regardless of the safety precautions you may take. We recommend using safety equipment. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Madesink shall issue you a refund.

In the event that a product sold is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Madesink reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Madesink shall issue a credit to your payment method account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to any conflict of law principles, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree that any legal action or equitable action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, and you hereby consent to and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Due to international regulations and compliance requirements, we do not accept orders or process payments from the following countries or regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Any orders placed from these countries or regions will be automatically cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
