Shipping

Typically, your shipment will be delivered within 3-7 business days for orders with all items in stock. The estimated shipping time will be displayed during checkout. Please note that we do not ship partial deliveries for items in backorder - your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Orders containing ASSEMBLED custom completes may take up to 2 business days to assemble.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional fees if the carrier classifies them as oversized. Additional costs will be shown during checkout or soon after you have placed your order. 

When our warehouse is packing your order, we will email you a link with the Track & Trace information of your parcel. Soon after the carrier acquires your parcel, they will send you tracking information as well. You can see your order under my orders, or track it directly with your order id and email here.

Prices on the website are shown in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes, shipping and handling charges, which are calculated during checkout.

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please select a secure location for delivery. Once the package leaves the Madesink warehouse with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
